Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating system, network, Office 365, and cloud-platform issues; manages support tickets; configures equipment; performs basic Active Directory functions; documents resolutions; escalates complex issues; and contributes to knowledge-base materials while following IT security and compliance procedures.
