Sell and drive institutional adoption of AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block Therapy within a designated territory. Develop and execute strategic plans, identify new customers, grow penetration in existing accounts, educate clinicians and administrators, coordinate clinical support and proctoring, manage hospital access and credentialing, and work with sales leadership to meet targets and quotas.

Participate in a 6–12-month medical device sales training program covering clinical concepts, products, procedures, customer engagement, and field sales. Complete classroom training, cadaver labs, procedural milestones, hospital operating-room shadowing, presentations, and credentialing requirements. Successful graduates may transition into Clinical Specialist roles, subject to position availability and geographic relocation.

Supports field sales and clinical adoption of cryo nerve block therapy in cardiothoracic operating rooms. Provides intraoperative guidance, operates pain management devices during procedures, trains surgical and OR staff, supports physicians, and follows up on patient outcomes. Requires a technical or scientific undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, ability to obtain hospital credentials, and 40–60% travel. B2B or outside sales and operating room experience are preferred.
