Lead database security initiatives including planning, design, implementation and maintenance of server-class databases. Configure and monitor Database Activity Monitoring tools (e.g., Imperva, Guardium, ArcSight), deploy agents and write alert policies, support audit/compliance projects, produce technical/process documentation, provide project leadership, and transfer knowledge to InfoSec and DBA teams while mentoring junior staff.

Lead an onsite/offshore team to develop and execute network test strategies (manual and automated), troubleshoot networks and perform root-cause analysis, test carrier-grade routers in multivendor labs using Spirent/IXIA/sniffers, analyze test logs, and validate IP routing and MPLS VPN technologies. CCNP/CCIE and experience with F5/Brocade load balancers are highly preferred.

Lead requirements gathering and documentation for middleware/BPM/case management projects. Create JIRA Agile user stories, process maps (as-is/to-be), use cases, and technical specifications. Act as Scrum Master, liaise with business users and developers, and ensure clear specifications to support quality software delivery.
