Manages a remote Sales Operations and Contracting team supporting client acquisition, onboarding, proposals, contracts, amendments, approvals, and order processing. Oversees shared queues, team performance, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Finance, Legal, and Continuous Improvement. Leads process improvement, automation, change management, prioritization, escalation handling, and team development. Travel is required 20% annually.

Own athenahealth’s enterprise narrative, annual editorial agenda, strategic messaging, thought leadership, owned-channel publishing, organic social strategy, and AEO/GEO efforts. Serve as editor-in-chief of athenahealth.com, establish editorial governance, advise executives and cross-functional marketing teams, and lead a growing editorial team. Translate complex healthcare technology and business strategies into compelling narratives while using research, audience insights, performance data, and responsible AI-enabled workflows to improve impact.
