Lead and grow a Platform Engineering team responsible for business-critical systems across sales, operations, billing, and AI. Define platform architecture and roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, build reusable workflow and integration systems, improve operational reliability and engineering practices, measure platform impact on business metrics, and communicate progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Work directly with clients and executive assistants to configure, customize, and troubleshoot AI-driven Routines. Build and refine skills, integrations, and automations; decide when custom solutions should become reusable templates; feed recurring issues and feature requests into the product roadmap; and strengthen core pre-installed Routines and onboarding automation.
