As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on outbound prospecting, engaging technical and financial buyers to build and qualify sales opportunities for At-Bay's cybersecurity solutions.

Lead development of pricing models for cyber, Tech E&O, and professional/general liability products. Analyze portfolio profitability, propose rate plan changes, implement pricing initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, product, and engineering, and present actionable actuarial insights to senior leadership. Mentor colleagues and improve pricing systems, tools, and processes to drive profitable growth.

Lead pricing and profitability initiatives for cyber and tech E&O products: perform rate indications, quantify portfolio profitability, automate pricing processes, analyze acquisition and retention economics, and collaborate with underwriting, product, claims, and decision-engine teams to implement data-driven pricing changes.
