Provide end-to-end resolution of payroll tax agency notices for multi-state clients. Maintain client tax setups, validate requests, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and improve processes to ensure timely, accurate tax filings and payments.

Process weekly, semi-monthly, and custom payrolls for small-business clients: calculate pay using tax tables, audit registers and timekeeping, resolve out-of-balance conditions, enter new hires and pay/tax changes, process garnishments, and prepare management reports while delivering client-facing service.

The HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building relationships, creating revenue opportunities, and managing sales processes for Asure Software's HCM solutions. Key tasks include prospecting, running demos, and leveraging Salesforce CRM for sales management.
