Lead and scale Experience Strategy practice while serving as billable Design and Experience Lead. Drive research, persona and journey mapping, sales enablement, service definition, team hiring and mentorship, quality control, and executive storytelling to deliver digital transformation outcomes across commerce, CRM, and self-service channels.

As a Senior Consultant, you will design and develop AI solutions using Anthropic models, support client engagements, and lead automation efforts while collaborating with delivery teams.

Serve as Astound's primary liaison to the Salesforce ecosystem to generate partner-led pipeline and new-logo accounts. Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and PSMs; coordinate with internal sellers and CPMs; qualify and track partner-influenced opportunities; support tagging, reporting, business planning, and sharing win stories to expand account footprint.
