Supports HR systems and compensation operations through accurate HRIS data entry, employee lifecycle updates, reporting, dashboard maintenance, personnel action forms, final-check requests, headcount reporting, student eligibility processing, user documentation, and customer service. Maintains confidentiality, follows HR policies and legal requirements, supports audits and decision-making, and collaborates with campus stakeholders in a learning-centered environment.

Supports human-centered process development, mapping, analysis, optimization, and implementation across organizational departments. Conducts lean and root-cause analysis, identifies workflow improvements, digitizes procedures, develops recommendations, prepares reports and presentations, and helps implement process improvement initiatives. The role also supports stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, performance measurement, and standard operating procedure development while safeguarding sensitive data.

Supervises and supports the campus intramural sports program, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, program implementation, rule enforcement, emergency response, customer service, reporting, and orientations. The role requires independent judgment, conflict resolution, leadership, communication, and the ability to work with a diverse student population in an on-campus recreation environment.
