Own features from design to production, improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency, support incidents and CI/CD, write technical design artifacts, mentor engineers, and responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools with human review and testing.

Lead development of cross-platform Flutter apps for field technicians, owning architecture, prototyping, and shipping features. Collaborate on REST/GraphQL APIs, use AI-assisted development tools, debug with observability tools, mentor engineers, and support customers end-to-end.

Own customer relationships and outcomes as a trusted advisor. Drive adoption, monitor account health and KPIs, develop strategic success plans, run onboarding and QBRs, mitigate churn, meet retention and expansion targets, and coordinate internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
