Designs and develops mechanical product assemblies, fixtures, enclosures, and manufacturing processes for predictive-maintenance products. Responsibilities include SolidWorks modeling, component DFM/DFA, BOMs, drawings, material selection, prototype building and testing, structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and production readiness. The role coordinates with internal teams, supply-chain partners, and manufacturers while managing schedules and communicating progress on a distributed remote team.

Provides technical and customer support for hardware and network issues through software, phone, email, and internal channels. Coordinates with stakeholders to resolve complex cases, maintains strong customer relationships, communicates feedback to Product teams, diagnoses issues using software tools, meets response-time targets, and identifies proactive solutions. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, technical support experience, customer service experience, ticketing-system expertise, and familiarity with CRM and remote collaboration tools.

Own and establish AssetWatch’s global tax and compliance function. Oversee U.S., Canadian, and international tax filings, sales and use tax, indirect taxes, audits, notices, registrations, and regulatory requirements. Support expansion into Mexico, the UK, and Europe while coordinating external advisors. Develop compliance policies, controls, calendars, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements. Manage Taxware and NetSuite tax processes, improve reporting, and advise senior leadership on tax and compliance matters.
