Administers employee leave and workplace accommodation cases from intake through closure, including FMLA, ADA, military, state, disability, intermittent, and return-to-work matters. Evaluates documentation, manages deadlines, facilitates the ADA interactive process, coordinates with third-party administrators, maintains confidential records, and escalates complex compliance issues. Partners with HR, Legal, Benefits, Payroll, managers, and operational leaders to ensure accurate processing, legal compliance, and effective employee support.
