Lead accounting and financial operations for the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, including payroll, AR/AP, cash handling, audits, tax accounting, budget and forecast preparation, internal controls, and financial reporting. Supervise accounting staff and liaise with corporate finance and management to analyze financial impacts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as the on-site venue representative and primary client contact, overseeing event load-in through load-out. Coordinate vendors and support staff, ensure contract and venue compliance, monitor guest experience and timelines, document incidents, and report issues to the Event Sales Manager.

Lead and manage all venue operations including engineering, maintenance, public safety, security, IT, custodial, and parking. Coordinate with departments and contractors to ensure event readiness, implement policies, oversee budgets and capital planning, train staff on safety/OSHA procedures, negotiate contracts, supervise hiring and performance, and serve as manager on duty as needed.
