The Human Resources Director leads HR strategy and employee relations at BMO Stadium, advising leaders and employees on performance, policies, compliance, training, engagement, staffing, and labor relations. The role manages local HR professionals, drives talent acquisition and succession planning, oversees onboarding and performance reviews, supports organizational change, and develops Legends culture. The position requires on-site work and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manages accounting operations for venue and food-and-beverage activities, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, cash management, event settlements, payroll, union reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Oversees accounting and payroll personnel, supports budgeting and forecasting, analyzes financial performance, coordinates audits, and collaborates with management, HR, corporate departments, and union representatives.

Build AI-assisted interactive data visualizations, calculators, simulations, and internal web applications using Claude Code, React, and live data integrations. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into prototypes, then deploy and improve production-quality tools with reliable data pipelines, authentication, and performance. Collaborate with data engineering, establish reusable development patterns, train analysts on code-first workflows, and replace legacy BI dashboards with purpose-built applications.
