Administer, configure, and support the AMOS airline maintenance system as the primary SME. Handle user/role management, upgrades, integrations, data quality, reporting, troubleshooting, training, and vendor coordination to ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability for maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams.

The Director of Business Development - Hi-Tech will expand Ascent's logistics in the high-tech sector by securing strategic partnerships and managing sales activities.

Support, maintain, and improve enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless, SD-WAN, VPN/remote access, and firewall environments. Troubleshoot connectivity, monitor network health, execute upgrades and changes, maintain documentation, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and provide occasional on-call and voice system support.
