Lead and mature cloud-first Microsoft-based IT operations: ensure reliability, security, and performance across infrastructure, endpoints, identity, collaboration, and service desk. Manage a small internal team and MSP, own budget and roadmap, oversee Intune, Entra ID, M365 administration, network modernization, backups/DR, vendor/contracts, SLAs, compliance (e.g., SOC 2), and continuous monitoring and automation to support company growth.

Conduct preliminary credit analysis of borrowers, guarantors, and collateral for real estate development loans. Build and review financial models, analyze financial statements and cash flow, identify credit risks and mitigants, recommend deal viability, coordinate with underwriting and stakeholders, manage multiple transactions, mentor junior analysts, and recommend process improvements to maintain credit quality and efficiency.
