Lead and mature cloud-first Microsoft-based IT operations: ensure reliability, security, and performance across infrastructure, endpoints, identity, collaboration, and service desk. Lead and build the Relationship Management function for a CRE lending platform. Oversee loan assessment, structuring, borrower underwriting, pipeline and portfolio management, cross-functional collaboration, team development, process improvement, and operational standards to ensure consistent execution, borrower satisfaction, and scalable loan lifecycle operations.

Design and deploy ML and NLP models (including LLM evaluation) to predict borrower risk and property valuations, advise business teams, mentor junior analysts, and foster data-driven experimentation.
