Teams at Ascensus

Develops and expands relationships with third-party administrators within an assigned territory, positioning Ascensus as their preferred retirement plan recordkeeper. Responsibilities include territory strategy, TPA relationship management, joint marketing and referral planning, partner support and issue escalation, platform education, conference representation, CRM tracking, reporting, and sharing market intelligence. The role collaborates closely with sales, operations, and relationship management teams and requires 25–50% travel.
