Develop and refine computer science courses and educational materials for K-12 students. Lead full-course content development, use student and teacher feedback to improve materials, review junior developers’ work, provide mentorship, support teacher training, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role requires strong computer science knowledge, exceptional writing and editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and 3–5 years of teaching or advanced curriculum development experience.

Leads regional strategy and operational performance across AoPS Academy campuses in the Western region. Oversees educational quality, growth objectives, financial performance, staffing, leadership development, campus launches, and cross-functional collaboration. The role monitors KPIs, manages budgets and margins, resolves escalated issues, and supports campus leaders while traveling frequently within the region.
