Fabricates composite and non-metal components using blueprints, production instructions, patterns, hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, drilling, and assembly techniques. Operates composite fabrication machinery and hand tools, performs repairs and tool setups, tracks material usage and traceability, and maintains a clean, safe, FOD-free manufacturing area. The role requires precise measurement, tight-tolerance work, material handling, and collaboration to improve productivity and quality.

Monitors and coordinates parts through receiving, warehousing, purchasing, production, and off-site processing to support timely delivery. Maintains accurate MRP/ERP and E-KANBAN data, creates shop orders and customer shippers, updates visual management boards, tracks production metrics, and communicates part status and completion estimates to leadership. Requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency, file organization experience, and MRP/ERP knowledge. Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
