Lead ATG’s Talent Acquisition function by managing and coaching recruiters, overseeing executive and corporate searches, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning. Own the ATS and recruiting technology stack, including Greenhouse configuration, CRM workflows, pipelines, scorecards, reporting, integrations, and user administration. Establish scalable recruiting processes, compliance practices, data standards, and training while using recruiting metrics to improve performance across a distributed workforce.

Lead and develop Capacity Sales Representatives, manage team performance, strengthen carrier relationships, and support transportation capacity decisions. The role involves monitoring metrics, negotiating carrier rates, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving processes, analyzing freight market trends, coordinating with Account Management, and resolving carrier and customer challenges.

Support Account Managers by maintaining carrier relationships, negotiating rates and schedules, ensuring carrier compliance, analyzing service-level results, reporting client requests, and escalating performance issues.
