Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, participant recruitment, data analysis, and synthesis. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into product improvements. Develop research reports, present findings to stakeholders and executives, and support research operations. The role focuses on improving mobile app engagement, onboarding, customer outcomes, and business metrics.

Lead product data and change management for NPI and sustaining programs using Agile PLM. Create and execute engineering/manufacturing/tooling/documentation changes, maintain PDM/PLM processes, track implementation at factories and suppliers, provide BOM and change control input to project teams, train stakeholders, and drive process optimization and automation.

Own end-to-end cost accounting including standard costing, inventory reserves, period cost reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and process automation. Partner with operations, FP&A, external auditors, and lead/coach cost accounting staff while presenting results to senior management.
