Coaches and develops team members, monitors performance metrics, improves workflows and technology, and ensures compliance with QMS, FARs, and DFARS requirements.

Oversees customer growth plans, RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, quality processes, customer escalations, audits, and workload allocation. Coaches and develops the team while improving workflows, technology, reporting, and operational efficiency. Requires strong B2B sales leadership, aerospace and defense experience, knowledge of quality requirements and DFARS/FARS, and domestic travel of approximately 5–10%.
