Prioritize backlog, streamline processes, and measure product performance while supporting global teams and operational needs.

The Director of Enterprise Sales leads a high-performance sales team, driving business and developing strategies, training, and monitoring sales activities.

Provide hands-on IP and product legal support across product lifecycle: patents, trademarks, open source, AI/product counseling, vendor/commercial agreements, M&A IP diligence, policies, training, and scalable legal processes.

Lead product strategy and execution for Arctic Wolf's XDR offering, unifying telemetry, detections, investigations, and response across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and SaaS. Define roadmap, partner with engineering, data, AI, services, and GTM, operationalize proof‑of‑value metrics, and build a high‑performing product team to scale XDR as a platform supporting MDR and customer‑managed models.

The Principal Developer will lead the technical direction of the Exposure Management product area, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high engineering standards across teams.

Drive press, thought leadership, executive visibility, rapid-response PR, cross-functional storytelling, and manage agency relationships to translate product, research, and threat intelligence into compelling narratives for customers, partners, and media.
