Leads technical presales for enterprise cybersecurity solutions, partnering with account executives to conduct discovery, deliver presentations, demos, proofs of value, and technical wins. Assesses customer environments across networking, identity, cloud, endpoints, and security operations; explains competitive differentiators; supports channel relationships and field events; and mentors new hires. The role requires strong security expertise, business acumen, public speaking, and the ability to manage opportunities from qualification through closure.

Own and operate Arctic Wolf’s global privacy program across multiple jurisdictions. Develop privacy policies, data maps, assessments, and compliance processes; advise Product and Engineering on privacy by design; support incident response, data subject requests, commercial agreements, and regulatory inquiries. Manage outside counsel and privacy vendors while providing practical guidance, training, and scalable playbooks.

Partners with account executives to sell cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers. Designs and architects technical solutions, delivers presentations and demonstrations, conducts discovery, addresses technical risks and competition, and develops technical champions. Manages multiple sales cycles, maintains CRM accuracy, builds reseller and channel relationships, supports territory planning, and attends field events. Regularly travels throughout the Southwest territory to advance opportunities and achieve sales targets.
