Own and run end-to-end physical operations for Archer's Huntington Beach composites facility. Lead equipment and utility installations, manage contractors, maintenance, janitorial and front-office staff, oversee safety, security, inspections, hazardous/e-waste disposal, asset disposition, and coordinate facilities IT and vendor relationships to enable manufacturing operations.

Design and create tooling for assembly and manufacturing operations, collaborating with engineers, providing input during design phases, and ensuring manufacturability and efficiency.

As an Engineer at Archer, you will work on advanced aerospace programs, focusing on survivability technologies and Operations Analysis, leading cross-disciplinary teams.
