Performs cemetery grounds and interment tasks: set up graves, seal vaults, backfill, replace sod, mow, edge, prune, maintain memorials, operate grounds equipment, assist funerals, perform janitorial duties, and execute trade-specific repairs (landscaping, sprinkler, plumbing, welding, carpentry) with limited supervision.

Perform embalming and restorative preparation of human remains, including verification of identification and authorization, removals/transfers, dressing, cosmetology, and hair styling. Maintain safe prep-room practices, handle hazardous materials per MSDS, assist with inventory and supplies, receive funeral supplies, and provide respectful client interactions and basic mortuary customer service.

Perform cemetery grounds maintenance and interment/entombment tasks including grave setup, backfilling, sod replacement, mowing, edging, pruning, equipment operation and cleanup; assist at funerals and follow Supervisor directions.
