Lead complex built-environment projects end-to-end: define and control scope, develop and review schedules and construction documents, manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, negotiate change orders, monitor construction activities, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead and manage multiple educational construction projects ($5M–$100M) across full lifecycle. Oversee schedule, budget, scope, risk, compliance, field observations, stakeholder coordination, construction closeout, and team mentorship to deliver projects on time, within budget, and per regulatory requirements.

Perform and coordinate power system planning and studies (load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, electromagnetic transient, reliability, interconnection and system impact studies), produce quality reports, ensure QA, develop scopes/budgets/proposals, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
