Lead and transform Customer Success, Support, and advisory/delivery into a product-centric, technical, consultative organization. Design and roll out a journey-based customer lifecycle operating model, establish single relationship-owner coverage, own retention/NRR accountability, upskill CSMs technically, integrate RMS delivery into CS as advisory, implement AI-enabled tools and VOC/health scoring, and hire/restructure to meet model goals.

Build and maintain electricity cost modeling REST APIs and DBT data pipelines, translate SME requirements into designs, participate in technical reviews, improve engineering processes, and collaborate across remote squads to deliver energy analytics and battery performance simulations.

Lead company-wide adoption of AI by embedding with teams, mapping workflows, and designing/shipping reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations. Build a champion network, codify patterns and playbooks, ensure governance and compliance, and measure adoption and time-saved to scale successful workflows.
