Lead and manage after-school programs: plan activities, supervise and train staff, mentor Program Leads, liaise with school administration and parents, ensure safety/compliance, maintain records, manage budget, and coordinate logistics like transportation and meals to support student development.

Support after-school program operations by supervising student safety and behavior, assisting the Site Coordinator, creating and leading enrichment clubs and activities, tracking attendance and grant compliance, communicating with parents and administrators, and attending trainings. Provide homework help, recreational and educational programming while helping manage administrative tasks and program logistics.
