Teams at Arc Experience

Coordinate and oversee enrichment programs across 15-30 schools, manage and train instructors, conduct regular site visits, design engaging class and camp curricula, maintain communication with stakeholders, ensure program quality and safety, and support program launches and continuous improvement. Requires travel to sites and supporting program operations.

Support the Site Coordinator by supervising students, leading enrichment activities and clubs, tracking attendance, enforcing behavior expectations, creating lesson plans, coordinating with parents and school staff, ensuring grant compliance, and attending trainings.

Lead and oversee daily middle-school afterschool programs: plan activities, manage and train staff, liaise with school and parents, ensure safety and compliance, maintain records, manage budget and logistics, and support student academic and social-emotional development.
