Oversee before- and after-school programming, supervise and develop staff, coordinate with schools and families, manage schedules, attendance, activities, budgets, supplies, transportation, and meals, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. The Site Coordinator also handles student behavior, compliance, records, staff evaluations, parent communication, and community partnerships.

Coordinate daily middle school after-school programs, supervise and train staff, manage schedules and budgets, maintain safety and compliance, communicate with families and school partners, monitor attendance and behavior, and support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Leads before- and after-school activities for students, including homework help, recreation, arts and crafts, educational projects, and enrichment clubs. Welcomes students, encourages participation, adapts activities to diverse needs, supports social-emotional learning, manages group dynamics, and maintains a safe environment. Communicates with students and parents while overseeing student safety and well-being during weekday afternoon programming.
