Own the development, procurement, assembly, testing, operation, and optimization of biomass gasification, solids handling, and feedstock pretreatment systems. Design high-pressure equipment, create models and engineering documentation, solve electro-mechanical, thermal, and fluid-system challenges, manage assembly BOMs, and support product development from concept through validation. The role requires collaboration across departments in a hands-on experimental R&D environment.

Leads Arbor Energy’s manufacturing strategy and scale-up from prototype builds to repeatable production. Oversees critical component production, assembly, integration, supplier and facility strategy, process qualification, quality systems, capacity planning, cost modeling, and production readiness. Partners across engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, facilities, and suppliers while building the manufacturing organization and operating discipline needed for growth.

Leads Arbor Energy’s legal function as a strategic advisor to executives and the Board. Responsibilities include financing, corporate governance, commercial and project transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, contract systems, outside counsel, legal budgeting, and building an in-house legal team. The role supports deployment and manufacturing scale-up of advanced energy technology while establishing scalable legal processes and risk controls.
