Manage and close enterprise software license opportunities across North America. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, prospecting US and Canadian accounts, managing the full sales cycle, partnering with solution engineers, developing consultative enterprise strategies, analyzing markets and competitors, and meeting or exceeding quota. The role requires selling complex B2B software to technical and business executives, maintaining Salesforce records, and occasional travel to conferences and prospect meetings.

Leads Data Engineering, Data Governance, and BI/Analytics teams while owning enterprise data platform architecture, pipelines, governance, warehouse or lakehouse design, BI strategy, and data quality. Serves as the technical bridge between data teams and business stakeholders, manages the platform roadmap, and oversees governed data integration for Glean AI search and agent tools. This hands-on director role combines architecture, engineering, people leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder partnership.

Create, update, and maintain developer-focused documentation for SDKs and APIs, including technical guides, concepts, code samples, and release notes. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, architects, and developer experience teams to ensure technical accuracy, consistent style, and effective information architecture. Test documentation and SDK applications, troubleshoot issues, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and support AI-ready, machine-readable documentation practices.
