Manage and grow wholesale, distributor, salon, retail, and partner accounts. Serve as primary customer contact, drive reorder and upsell activity, execute promotions and launches, coordinate cross-functional support, maintain CRM records and forecasts, and achieve assigned sales and retention targets while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable: daily cash application, e-commerce/marketplace transaction processing, reconciliations, customer onboarding, refunds/credit memos, commissions/royalties, NetSuite support, month-end close, and cross-functional accounting support with a focus on process improvement and automation.

Manage and optimize paid media on Meta and Google, oversee Shopify operations and product catalog, perform SEO and technical site optimizations, implement tracking (UTMs, pixels), compile performance reports, and coordinate cross-functionally to support campaigns and site quality.
