Lead medium-to-large, multi-technology Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects globally. Manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, project planning, budgets, stakeholder communications, success metrics, and methodology adherence. Drive scoping, execution, issue remediation, and continuous improvement. Support Practice PMO initiatives and occasional customer-facing activities.

Drive new business growth and build strong partner relationships. Lead complex sales cycles, maintain pipeline, and build C-suite relationships while achieving sales quotas in cloud services and Oracle applications.

Manage and grow client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and retention. Proactively engage a book of 30+ clients, monitor CSM metrics (NRR, MRR, churn), troubleshoot issues, coordinate stakeholders, and scale client engagement strategies to meet KPIs for renewal and revenue preservation.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation engagements as a strategic advisor and architect. Design cloud data platforms, warehouses/lakehouses, governance, integration, and BI solutions. Oversee delivery, establish standards, mentor teams, support presales, and drive measurable business outcomes across technologies like Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations as a solution/engagement architect. Design integrated Procure-to-Pay and multi-module SCM processes, lead global onsite/offshore teams, drive Redwood UX adoption, evaluate and implement Oracle AI capabilities, advise executives on roadmap and best practices, and ensure secure, scalable integrations, reporting, and master data management while minimizing customizations.
