Leads technical pre-sales engagements for AppGate ZTNA, from discovery through technical win. Designs secure Zero Trust architectures and integrations with identity providers, cloud platforms, EDR, SIEM, and network security systems. Presents to technical and executive audiences, supports RFPs and demonstrations, guides solution handoffs, represents customer needs internally, mentors Sales Engineers, and enables partners. Requires deep networking, identity, encryption, cloud, virtualization, Linux, scripting, and cybersecurity expertise.

Provide Tier 3 enterprise support for AppGate’s ZTNA solution by resolving complex customer issues, troubleshooting deployments and network integrations, analyzing logs, conducting root cause analysis, and testing issues in lab environments. Create technical documentation, present solutions, mentor L2 engineers, collaborate with development and deployment teams, maintain case records, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Own commercial and federal contracting, including drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, vendor, channel partner, and government agreements. Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes while advising business teams. Support the General Counsel with data privacy, employment law, corporate compliance, entity management, intellectual property, and governance matters across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
