Assist the Accounting Manager with accounts payable/receivable, cash management, cost accounting, fixed assets, expense management, taxes, and audits. Process invoices and payments, reconcile vendor statements and credit cards, prepare 1099s, record revenues/expenses, maintain prepaid schedules, and support month/year-end closings. Ensure compliance with GAAP, funder and federal requirements and provide cross-training and ad hoc accounting support.

Provide primary care for adults, including HIV and transgender care, at Long Beach and other APLA Health clinics. Deliver histories, exams, chronic and acute disease management, order and interpret tests, complete documentation, participate in quality improvement, and meet productivity expectations (≈16 patients per clinic day). Collaborate on clinical protocols and maintain compliance with FQHC standards.

Provide primary care to adult patients at APLA Health clinics, performing histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting tests, establishing treatment plans, documenting encounters, managing test results and refills, participating in quality assurance, PrEP/PEP and STI care, and meeting productivity and administrative time expectations.

Provide outreach, engagement, and re-engagement services to people living with HIV to link and retain them in medical care. Conduct field and home visits, coordinate referrals, deliver HIV education, document client interactions, track outcomes, and collaborate with clinic staff and community partners to address socioeconomic barriers to care.

Manage and supervise non-clinical front-office operations across Medical, Dental, SUD, and Behavioral Health services. Oversee staffing, scheduling, registration/intake, billing reconciliation, performance metrics, compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, PCMH), EHR accuracy, supplies, safety, and patient satisfaction. Coordinate care, train and evaluate staff, liaise with external agencies, handle patient complaints, and support quality improvement and audits.

Provide end-to-end HR operational support including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, compliance, leave administration, performance management, employee engagement, recordkeeping, training coordination, and serve as backup to recruiter/generalist. Co-chair safety committee and manage badges/key cards, background checks, and HR reporting.

Lead clinical operations at an adult primary care clinic focused on underserved populations. Manage nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, oversee dispensary and vaccine administration, maintain compliance (OSHA, FQHC/HRSA, HIPAA), support audits, optimize workflows and supplies, provide chronic disease management, and coordinate with medical and clinic leadership.

Provide strategic, mission-focused leadership and administrative oversight of all non-clinical clinic functions. Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, budgeting, billing, grant management, staff supervision, patient experience, payer relationships, and cross-clinic standardization. Partner with clinical leaders and finance to improve efficiency, quality, and program sustainability.

Assist clients with enrollment/re-enrollment in Covered CA, Medi-Cal, Medicare, My Health LA, Ryan White, ADAP, PrEP-AP and other public benefits. Screen eligibility using PointCare, complete benefits assessments, follow up on applications, maintain records in eClinicalWorks, serve as IPA health plan contact, prepare reports, ensure HIPAA compliance, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Provide primary care for adults at the Mid-Wilshire Health Center and assigned APLA sites, including HIV care, HIV prevention, and transgender hormone management. Develop and implement clinical protocols, ensure FQHC compliance, participate in quality assurance and peer review, maintain accurate electronic medical records, deliver at least 14 patient visits per full clinic day, and allocate ~10% time for administration. May work evenings and some Saturdays; on-call by phone required.

Manage clinic nursing operations and staff, provide direct adult primary care (triage, vaccines, STI treatment, chronic disease management), ensure regulatory and audit compliance, oversee dispensary and emergency preparedness, train staff, optimize workflows and clinic performance, and provide supervisory leadership for clinical teams.

Provide trauma-informed psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and consultation within an integrated care model for a high-complexity adult population (including LGBTQ+, people with HIV, and SUD). Collaborate with Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and SUD teams, document in the EHR, manage crises, participate in care coordination, quality improvement, and see 10–15 patients daily.

Provide primary care to adults at Gleicher/Chen and other APLA Health sites, deliver histories/physicals, chronic and acute disease management, order/interpret tests, manage documentation and quality assurance, follow clinical protocols, meet productivity targets, participate in peer review and on-call duties, and support FQHC compliance.
