Serves as the strategic HR partner for the Incident Based segment, aligning talent, performance, development, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and workforce planning with business and financial goals. Manages staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, merit and promotion processes, HRIS records, investigations, accommodations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and engagement initiatives. Leads HR integration for acquisitions and partners with segment leaders on organizational effectiveness, retention, and operational results.

Provides general administrative and office support, including supplies, facilities coordination, document preparation, records management, scheduling, onboarding and offboarding assistance, invoice support, HR assistance, and employee events. Maintains office resources, coordinates vendors and building services, supports company experts and departments, and handles confidential information. The role requires organization, communication, multitasking, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in an office environment.

Provide financial and valuation analysis supporting expert witness testimony and litigation consulting. Develop detailed financial models, analyze financial documents and large datasets, prepare schedules and reports, perform industry and economic research, review opposing expert work, and participate in client and counsel meetings.
