Manage and allocate web lead sources while coaching real estate agents on lead conversion, CRM usage, customer service, and technology adoption. Host individual and group coaching events, drive revenue and performance metrics, support agent recruiting and retention, coordinate education strategies with leadership, and communicate with branch managers and associates. Represent the Web Leads team at meetings and oversee agent recognition programs. Local, regional, and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Support closing representative by collecting, organizing, and processing escrow documents; prepare loan documents and estimated closing statements; perform preliminary title audits; maintain files, record documents, and send checks; communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and other parties to resolve issues and ensure timely closings.

Coordinate and maintain escrow files and transaction documentation, ensure required signatures and dates, upload documents to Transaction Manager, track escrow details and contingency dates, communicate status to agents and office leadership, assist escrow companies and provide general administrative and front-desk backup.
