Frontline fundraiser responsible for managing individual donor portfolios and securing gifts of $10,000 to $100,000. Duties include identifying and qualifying prospects, cultivating donor relationships, developing solicitation proposals, negotiating gift agreements, coordinating fundraising events, maintaining CRM records, and stewarding donors. The role collaborates across development, stewardship, prospect research, and program teams while representing ADL and advancing its fundraising priorities.

Develops and manages relationships with high-capacity individual and institutional donors, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $50,000–$500,000. Leads tailored proposals, negotiations, donor engagement, prospect research, and gift documentation while collaborating across Development and organizational teams. Represents ADL and advances its fundraising priorities. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles and requires travel of up to 50%.

Implements educational programs, supports K-12 and antisemitism initiatives, engages volunteer leaders, and develops partnerships with Jewish community organizations. The role evaluates program effectiveness, supports resource and funding management, contributes to incident response, and collaborates with regional teams to advance ADL’s mission. It requires strong communication, community engagement, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid Los Angeles work environment.
