Leads manufacturing process development and production launch for nuclear reactor assemblies. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA, assembly process flows, tooling and equipment development, manufacturing documentation, mBOMs, configuration control, readiness reviews, floor troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring engineers. The role supports hardware from engineering release through prototype, qualification, final integration, and scalable production while meeting rigorous quality and traceability requirements.

Own key monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, financial reporting, audits, tax support, and compliance. Support government contract accounting, manufacturing and inventory accounting, technical accounting, internal controls, ERP improvements, and process automation while helping build Antares’ accounting infrastructure as it scales into production.

Execute direct and indirect procurement, purchase order management, supplier performance tracking, delivery follow-up, and procure-to-pay improvements. Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable on approvals, invoice matching, exceptions, and payment visibility. Build dashboards and reports, maintain supplier data, document procurement procedures, and support scalable supply chain processes in a fast-changing hardware environment.
