As an Account Executive at Ando, you will manage the full sales cycle for restaurant clients, focusing on closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include outbound sales, demos, account management, and strategic collaboration with leadership.

Lead Ando's technical and AI/ML strategy, owning forecasting, optimization, and labor intelligence. Direct the end-to-end ML and data platform, design AI-native product architecture with safety and human-in-the-loop controls, oversee engineering and product functions, build scalable engineering processes, raise reliability/security/privacy standards, recruit and develop cross-functional teams, and serve as the CEO's technical partner and external company representative.

Design, build, and deploy production ML systems for demand forecasting, labor optimization, and LLM-powered workflows. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, evaluation, and experimentation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to integrate models into core workflows and translate performance into business insights.
