The CDL Program Director leads the curriculum development, manages Driver Trainers, advises students, and enhances program quality through data analysis and faculty support.

Lead and standardize CDL programs regionally by training and auditing program directors and instructors, ensuring FMCSA and state compliance, managing fleet acquisition/maintenance, driving cost-savings and scheduling, and developing staff performance and career growth. Support account goals, implement remediation plans, and advise leadership on program risks and growth opportunities.

Lead and manage the Account Management department, oversee partner/client communications and onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, train and coach staff, monitor performance and pipelines, support retention, provide reporting to senior leadership, and handle day-to-day account management duties.
