Lead and deliver multiple concurrent engineering programs by defining objectives, success metrics, and milestones; facilitate PI planning; identify and resolve risks; build program management processes and tooling from scratch; use AI tools to automate workflows; communicate progress and impacts to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery.

Own employee lifecycle administration and HR systems while improving workflows through automation and AI. Administer Rippling and other People tech, configure automations, maintain data integrity, support hires/promotions/offboarding, operationalize recurring People programs, build documentation and self-service resources, and partner with People teams to increase operational leverage and employee satisfaction.

Lead a team to develop data strategy and insights across multiple business functions, driving analytics evolution and ensuring data quality and governance.
