Administers, monitors, and maintains enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, telecommunications, and network security infrastructure across multiple sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, managing firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, carrier circuits, and network documentation; supporting upgrades, disaster recovery, cybersecurity initiatives, and compliance; and coordinating with vendors and IT teams. The role requires on-call participation, occasional travel, and hands-on enterprise networking experience.

Manage a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional business improvement programs from planning through benefits realization. Build integrated plans, track dependencies, risks, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, ROI, and financial value. Partner with Finance, business leaders, global teams, vendors, and executives to resolve issues, maintain accountability, and communicate program health. Establish practical PMO governance, reporting, and tools while supporting operational improvement, change management, and executive decision-making.

Provides Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, operating systems, Microsoft 365, networks, business applications, and ERP systems. Resolves complex incidents, manages user accounts and permissions, supports onboarding and offboarding, maintains IT assets and documentation, performs root cause analysis, and coordinates with global infrastructure and application teams. The role is onsite in Commerce, California, with customer support comprising approximately 60% of the position.
