Supervises Legal Operations support staff serving in-house litigation offices. Ensures deadlines, compliance, data integrity, document management, and operational consistency. Coaches and manages employees, coordinates with attorneys, claims partners, clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors, and resolves technical and operational issues. The role also requires preparing legal pleadings, maintaining calendars, and using EAMS and Public Search for workers’ compensation case information.

Provides administrative and underwriting support for commercial insurance business, including gathering information, preparing policy binders, processing endorsements, ordering loss control inspections, supporting renewals, fulfilling agency requests, and responding to customer inquiries about policies, billing, commissions, and status updates. The role also identifies cross-sell opportunities, maintains knowledge of insurance markets, and coordinates closely with underwriters and processing teams.

Delivers training and ongoing support to premium audit staff covering workers compensation, general liability, audit procedures, regulatory standards, and department systems. Designs training programs, develops educational materials, mentors trainees, administers assessments, tracks development data, communicates procedural updates, and supports onboarding. The role also monitors regulatory and industry changes, partners with quality and compliance teams, and recommends process improvements while maintaining accurate training records.
