Supports HRIS administration, labor allocation, workforce data maintenance, timekeeping and payroll operations. Maintains employee records, assists with audits, troubleshooting, system testing, reporting, documentation, SharePoint resources, and process improvements while protecting confidential information and supporting HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

Coordinates order allocation by grouping SKUs, printing and processing client orders, supporting efficient shipping, and troubleshooting allocation issues. Manages inventory replenishments for current and future orders, assists with process implementation and efficiency improvements, and supports warehouse picking and packing during low-volume periods. The role also performs order configuration analysis and collaborates with operations, inventory control, warehouse, and CPM teams.

Performs warehouse fulfillment activities including picking, packing, scanning, inventory lookup, shipment verification, damage checks, housekeeping, and operating across warehouse zones. Uses handheld and ring-scanning technology while maintaining accuracy, productivity, organization, and safety in a fast-paced environment. May manage multiple wall stations, coordinate with supervisors and departments, and work assigned weekends or overtime.
