Manages day-to-day client communication, onboarding, transitions, service coordination, inventory synchronization, billing accuracy, and operational implementation. Supervises and trains client service staff, maintains HR paperwork, reviews reports and invoices, and leads recurring client meetings. Requires strong client relationship management, fulfillment and administrative experience, reporting skills, troubleshooting ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.

Manages day-to-day client communications and coordinates client service activities across production, receiving, shipping, IT, and other operations. Leads client transitions, implements client programs, monitors quality measures, supervises assigned staff, audits payroll and billing data, attends client meetings, manages safety requirements and purchasing, and supports building maintenance and security.

Coordinates order allocation by grouping SKUs, printing and processing client orders, supporting efficient shipping, and troubleshooting allocation issues. Manages inventory replenishments for current and future orders, assists with process implementation and efficiency improvements, and supports warehouse picking and packing during low-volume periods. The role also performs order configuration analysis and collaborates with operations, inventory control, warehouse, and CPM teams.

Analyzes and optimizes warehouse and fulfillment processes across B2C and B2B operations. Designs workflows, layouts, labor standards, capacity models, KPI reporting, and staffing models. Leads continuous improvement projects, supports facility launches and expansions, evaluates automation, optimizes WMS configurations, and performs ROI analysis. Requires strong data analysis, process design, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations.

Prints, allocates, groups, and configures client orders for efficient fulfillment. Supports shipping operations, resolves allocation issues, implements new processes, analyzes order configurations, improves allocation efficiency, and manages inventory replenishments for current and future orders. May assist with picking and packing during low-volume periods or special projects.
