Supports HRIS administration, labor allocation, workforce data maintenance, timekeeping and payroll operations. Maintains employee records, assists with audits, troubleshooting, system testing, reporting, documentation, SharePoint resources, and process improvements while protecting confidential information and supporting HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

Coordinates order allocation by grouping SKUs, printing and processing client orders, supporting efficient shipping, and troubleshooting allocation issues. Manages inventory replenishments for current and future orders, assists with process implementation and efficiency improvements, and supports warehouse picking and packing during low-volume periods. The role also performs order configuration analysis and collaborates with operations, inventory control, warehouse, and CPM teams.

Performs warehouse fulfillment activities including picking, packing, scanning, inventory lookup, shipment verification, damage checks, housekeeping, and operating across warehouse zones. Uses handheld and ring-scanning technology while maintaining accuracy, productivity, organization, and safety in a fast-paced environment. May manage multiple wall stations, coordinate with supervisors and departments, and work assigned weekends or overtime.

Supervises transportation operations and hazardous materials compliance across warehouse locations. Oversees carrier performance, shipping costs, reporting, client setup, invoicing audits, HTS data, and AES filings. Ensures compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, and related regulations; maintains certifications, records, SOPs, packaging, labels, and shipping documentation. Conducts audits, manages corrective actions, trains personnel, supports inspections and incident response, and partners with technology teams to prevent noncompliant shipments.

Supervises warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, verification, shipping, returns, staffing, and transportation. Improves productivity, quality, profitability, workflow, and compliance through strategic planning, process enhancement, and problem resolution. Leads safety initiatives, coordinates schedules, manages personnel performance, enforces policies, supports employee development, and ensures adherence to client SLAs and operational objectives.

Performs warehouse pick-and-pack, scanning, inventory handling, and shipment verification duties. Uses handheld devices, ring scanners, and warehouse systems to select products, confirm quantities, identify damaged items, and maintain accurate inbound and outbound orders. Works across warehouse areas, supports command-center operations, maintains housekeeping standards, and collaborates with supervisors and other departments. Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 45 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime and weekend shifts.

Leads continuous improvement projects, supports facility launches and expansions, evaluates automation, optimizes WMS configurations, and performs ROI analysis. Requires strong data analysis, process design, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations.

Prints, allocates, groups, and configures client orders for efficient fulfillment.
