Field-based medical affairs role delivering disease-state education and increasing awareness for a rare disease program. Engage providers, capture insights in CRM, map patient journeys, activate referral pathways, manage territory, and travel frequently to identify and refer patients for clinical trials.

Manage operational and data-reporting aspects of the Clinical Diagnostic Liaison program to meet client objectives. Analyze program data, generate reports, recommend strategic and operational improvements, own governance and Salesforce/CRM platforms, standardize processes, liaise with client leadership, and ensure program/platform execution. Role is remote (EST/CST preferred) and requires ~50% travel including overnight stays.

Lead enterprise client onboarding, contract fulfillment, and ongoing client support. Build and standardize a client engagement framework, optimize cross-functional workflows, author company-wide playbooks, and drive continuous improvement using metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to increase operational efficiency and client retention.
