Design and lead MEP engineering for multifamily construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design, calculations, AutoCAD and Revit documentation, code compliance, coordination, construction administration, QA/QC, and mentorship. The role may be filled at Engineer I, II, or III based on experience and qualifications.

Manages supply chain systems and analytics across planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and prefabrication operations. Owns ERP configuration, KOJO workflows, data governance, SKU taxonomy, KPI architecture, dashboards, automation, and executive reporting. Translates operational data into actionable insights and supports cross-functional alignment across MEP trades and field operations.

Leads warehouse, logistics, fabrication support, and job-site delivery operations for the plumbing division. Responsibilities include optimizing material flow, routing and dispatch, returns management, workforce leadership, daily execution, KPI tracking, SOP implementation, cross-functional coordination, and safety compliance. The role requires stabilizing and improving operational performance across a construction-related facility while managing frontline teams and supervisors.
