Oversee all store operations for the Rodeo Drive location, including inventory control, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, stock adjustments, back-of-house organization, safety training, attendance and scheduling, and staff training to ensure compliance with SOPs and efficient merchandise movement.

Support allocation and inventory operations for DTC retail: manage stock replenishment and movements, monitor store inventory, collaborate with Planning and Production, provide analytical insights to optimize assortment and sales, participate in business reviews, and suggest process and tool improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Design and produce brand-aligned visual assets across digital, print, and retail; support campaigns, e-commerce, and photo shoots; prepare production files; maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency while staying current on design and cultural trends.
