The Regional Director, West, oversees multiple luxury retail locations, driving performance and brand integrity through leadership, coaching, and collaboration with teams, ensuring operational excellence and a premium client experience.
Purpose and Objective
The Regional Director, West, is responsible for driving performance, brand integrity, and client experience across multiple luxury retail locations within the West region. This role leads store teams in delivering elevated service, maximizing sales, and maintaining operational excellence while upholding the aesthetics, values, and prestige of the AMIRI brand.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to General Managers to ensure alignment with brand vision and regional sales objectives.
- Drive top-line performance across stores through clienteling, exceptional service standards, and high-impact sales coaching.
- Conduct regular store visits to review performance, assess visual merchandising execution, and ensure compliance with the brand’s service protocols.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development through personalized coaching and leadership.
- Collaborate with corporate teams (merchandising, VM, HR, etc.) to execute seasonal directives and regional initiatives.
- Analyze regional KPIs, client data, and sell-through to inform business decisions and drive conversion and productivity.
- Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards including inventory accuracy, presentation, and loss prevention.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and team development to build high-performing store teams.
- Act as the brand ambassador in-market, representing the company at events and fostering local client relationships.
- Lead and support new store openings, pop-ups, and special projects across the region.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements
- Strong leadership and business acumen within a luxury retail or fashion environment.
- Deep understanding of clienteling, elevated service, and the customer journey in luxury settings.
- Proven ability to manage multi-store operations and drive sales through people development and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and team-building skills.
- Fluent in performance metrics, CRM usage, and luxury customer behavior analytics.
- Proficiency in retail systems including POS, inventory platforms, and reporting tools.
- Polished presentation, with a refined eye for detail and brand alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 7–10 years of luxury retail experience, including 3+ years in a regional or multi-store management role.
